PUBLIC NOTICE: PRACTICE TRANSITION AND RECORD CUSTODY Please be advised that Only Live, LLC (DBA Sage Counseling, Sage Senior Counseling, and Sage Somatics), formerly of Saint Lucie County, has officially terminated its group operations effective February 18, 2026. Paul M. Bertolino, LCSW has transitioned to an individual telehealth-based practice with a limited capacity. In accordance with Florida Administrative Code Rule 64B4-9.001, all clinical records of the former group practice have been transferred to the individual custody of Paul M. Bertolino, LCSW.
