PUBLIC NOTICE Proposed Local Law No.____ of 2026 Amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Harrison NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Harrison, at its meeting to be held at 7:00 P.M., on July 16, 2026 in the Municipal Building, 1 Heineman Place, Harrison, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Article 2, Section 10 and Article 3, Section 20 of Municipal Home Rule Law, to hear and consider an application of Robert and Stephanie Hassett ("Applicants") for a Zoning Amendment Petition pursuant to Section(s) 235-76 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Harrison, proposing the following: Re-zone those lots with frontage on Orchard Place from R-75 to R-50 to allow Applicants to subdivide their property located at 99 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, NY, which amendment will affect the properties more specifically known and designated as Block 11, Lots 59, 61, and 63, and Block 21, Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Harrison.
