PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR BIDS NOTICE is hereby given that the Seven Valleys Borough Council will accept sealed bids at the Seven Valleys Borough Municipal Building, 11 Main Street, Seven Valleys, PA 17360, for Refuse & Recycling Collection, until 1:00 P.M. (prevailing time), October 31, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The borough has no regular office hours and bids submitted in person must be submitted only at the place, date, and time so indicated. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "2026 Bid for Refuse & Recycling Collection." Bid specifications may be obtained by calling the Borough at 717-347-8393 or by emailing contact@sevenvalleysborough.com. Bids will be considered for award at the Seven Valleys Borough Council meeting, which will be held at 7:00 P.M. (prevailing time), November 3, 2025.
