PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 26-009 Pool Cleaning & Maintenance Services NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive Proposals for Pool Cleaning & Maintenance Services, RFP No. 26-009. Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting: January 15, 2026, 10 AM at location Queen Creek Recreation & Aquatic Center: 22343 E Ryan Road Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Project Description: The Town of Queen Creek is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the Town's Recreation and Aquatic Center. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for ensuring that all pool areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. Services will include, but not limited to, routine cleaning of pool decks, equipment, water features, and surrounding areas, as well as scheduled maintenance to support the overall operation of the facility. The intent of this solicitation is to establish contract(s) with a reliable and experienced contractor who can perform in accordance with industry standards, applicable health and safety regulations, and the Town's operational needs. Proposals: The Town will accept proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on February 5, 2026. You may submit your proposal by the due date and time through the link provided in the Request for Proposal No. 26-009. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The RFP documents may be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's website at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz . Each Proposal shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. The Town of Queen Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities.
