RIVER VALE JOINT PLANNING BOARD
MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday September 17 at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 406 Rivervale Rd, River Vale, New Jersey: whereupon the Joint Planning Board will consider the following application:
Name of applicant: Vilma Muca and Daniel Boncic
Street address of property to which application applies: 627 Echo Glen Ave, River Vale, NJ 07675, Block 1502, Lot 6 in the Zone A Zoning district
Nature of application and/or relief sought: to allow for installation of a 6 ft height solid PVC vinyl white fence around our property in order to keep our autistic preschooler safe from surrounding busy roads and preventing child elopement, as well as keep our two dogs safe and be able to use our side yard for entertaining our growing family. The Zoning office reviewed the application of proposed fence and denies application due to not meeting zoning requirements for Block 1502, Lot 6 Zone A. The property is in our Residential Zone District A and the Township Code 142-248 A requires no fence shall be greater than 3ft above normal grade and 50% open in a front yard. The proposed 6ft fence in both front yards does not meet the regulation and will require variances from the zoning board together with any additional variances, waivers or exceptions which may become evident during the hearing process.
When the case is called, you may appear in person or by attorney, and present any testimony, which you may have concerning the application. All documents relating to this application can be inspected in the office of Building Department in the Town Hall between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
