As part of this commitment, Alipaz LLC will be renovating the existing structure at this address with the goal of converting it into a duplex residential property, in compliance with all applicable city zoning and construction regulations. Renovation work is expected to begin in the coming weeks, and we aim to minimize any disruptions to neighboring properties and the surrounding community.
