PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF RYE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Rye City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., September 9, 2025 in the Council Room of the Rye City Hall on the following matter: Miriam Osborn Memorial Home Association, as applicant, has applied for Site Plan, Use Permitted Subject to Additional Standards and Requirements, Tree Removal and Steep Slopes Permit approval for the construction of new assisted living and independent living buildings, cottages, wellness amenity building, entry pavilion, below grade parking garage and infrastructure improvements for a 55.8-acre property located at 101 Theal Road. The property is known on the Rye City Tax Maps as Parcel ID# 146-13-1-8, and is located in the R-2 One-Family Residence zoning district.
