PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. The Towers, LLC intends to construct a communications facility at Jordanville Rd (0.13 miles N of Jordanville Rd & Jones Rd), Ilion, Herkimer County, NY 13357 (42°55'54.5", -75°05'51.0"). The facility will include a 195 ft (199 ft overall height) self-support telecommunications tower with (9) antennas at a centerline height of 190 ft, and associated equipment. The Towers, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
