PUBLIC NOTICE GJK Legacy, LLC (85 E. Cedar Street, Zionsville, IN 46077) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit discharge stormwater from construction activities/land-disturbing activities associated with Intelligent Living project located at 5550 W. 106th Street, Zionsville, IN 46077. Runoff from the project site will be collected onsite and drain through an onsite drainage pipe network, stormwater detention basins and ultimately to the downstream offsite drainage system. The project is located in HUC 05120201120080 (Eagle Creek-Long Branch/Irishman Run) Watershed. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Dan Killinger at GJK Legacy, LLC.
