PUBLIC NOTICE Zion Lutheran Church (6513 W 300S, New Palestine, IN 46163) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit discharge stormwater from construction activities/land-disturbing activities associated with Zion Lutheran Church Building Addition project located at 6513 W 300S, New Palestine, IN 46163. Runoff from the project site will be collected onsite and drain through an onsite drainage pipe network, stormwater detention basins and ultimately to the downstream offsite drainage system. The project is located in HUC 05120204070040 (Buck Creek/Breier Doe Creek) Watershed. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Brian Clark at Zion Lutheran Church.
