PUBLIC NOTICE BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF ENERGY RESOURCES CORP. FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR THE FOLLOWING WELLS LOCATED IN JOHNS FIELD, RANKIN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI: E.N. Ross Jr. #3 Well DOCKET NO.:338-2025-D COX A L ET AL 33-5 #1 Well PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that Energy Resources Corp. ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the following wells located in the Johns Field, Rankin County, Mississippi: E.N. Ross Jr. #3 Well; (API No. 2312120124); andCOX A L ET AL 33-5 #1 Well; (API No. 2312120131) and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may be examined there. The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of October, 2025, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest the matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
