PUBLIC NOTICE The Springfield Police Department hereby gives notice that unclaimed property remaining in its possession will be disposed of on September 19, 2025. These items consist of found, recovered, and seized items to include all varieties of personal effects that have been deemed releasable/disposable per Department guidelines, and have remained in the Department's possession longer than 60 days. All sales of eligible items are conducted through Propertyroom.com, a continuous online auction site. If you believe you have property at the Springfield Police Department and wish to claim those items, contact the Property Room at 864-1756. Proof of ownership or proof of loss is required.
