PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York., on October 9, 2025, at 7:00 pm upon the appeal and application of Liu Yuxia (Applicant) for Columbus Plaza (Owner) of premises located at 625 Columbus Ave., Thornwood, NY 10594., which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant. The parcel is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/112.7-1-26. The application is for a Special Use Permit for a Nail Salon under Town Code §218-63A., Massage establishment, on a legal parcel (5 Acres) in the CPS Zone. At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or opposition will have the opportunity to be heard.
