BOROUGH OF AMBRIDGE ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Borough of Ambridge Zoning Hearing Board will hold their Reorganization Meeting and conduct 2 public hearings on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. at the Borough of Ambridge Municipal Building, 600 Eleventh Street, Ambridge, Pennsylvania 15003.
HEARING 1: In accordance with the provisions of the Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance, the purpose of this hearing is to act upon the request of Jonathan Scott to permit a driveway curb cut located at 712 19th Street, Ambridge, Pennsylvania, as it fails to comply with The Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance 265-28. The subject property is further described under a single Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 12-007-0415.000.
HEARING 2: In accordance with the provisions of the Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance, the purpose of this hearing is to act upon the request of Pitina Construction to permit a new Non-Conforming Use for property located at 345 Maplewood Avenue, Ambridge, Pennsylvania, an existing non-conforming use currently existed and according to The Borough of Ambridge Zoning Ordinance 310-80A any change of use must be approved. The subject property is further described under two Beaver County Tax Parcel Numbers of 09-002-0229.000 and 09-002-0228.000.
