Public Notice is hereby given that James Frangella has made application to the Eatontown Planning / Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance to permit construction of a new front porch to an existing non-conforming single-family dwelling in the B-1 zone requiring setback of 20 ft. where 10.8 ft. is existing and 4.6 ft. proposed. Applicant is also applying for a Certificate of Nonconformity because the subject property contains a non-conforming use and structure.
In a B-1 Zone on the premises designated as Block: 301 Lot: 17, also known as 45 Throckmorton Avenue, and for site plan approval therefore.
A public hearing has been set down for October 20, 2025, 7:00 p.m. in Eatontown Borough Hall, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent, or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
