PUBLIC NOTICE Please take note that an application has been made to the Land Use Board, Township of Green Brook in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, affecting the property known as Block 28, Lot 3 which is located at 23 Fitzrandolph St. Greenbrook, NJ 08812 and owned by Narcissa Abraham. The purpose of this application is for exterior and upstairs extension as well as finished basement renovation. Variance is being requested as the MD Zone Minimum rear yard setback is 50ft. and the setback proposed on plan is 40.6ft. Applicant seeks any and all other waivers, variances and/or submission requirements of the bulk and/or design standards which are, or may, be required to develop the premises as requested in the Application and that the Land Use Board may find necessary. All documents pertaining to this application are on file in the Office of the Land Use Board Administrator at least ten (10) days in advance of the hearing and may be inspected at the Township of Green Brook Municipal Building located at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, New Jersey 08812 during regular business hours. For the purpose of hearing objections to or protests against the granting of same application, the Township of Green Brook Land Use Board will hold a public hearing on October 13, 2025 at 7:30pm at the Township of Green Brook Municipal Building which is located at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, New Jersey 08812.
