PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the Construction Stormwater General Permit from the NPDES General Permit Program, this is to notify the public that the project site owner listed below is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the following: The project site, to be known as Selko Warehouse, is located on the north side of the private street Campbell Drive and the west side of Research Way, more specifically located at 1550 Research Way, Indianapolis, IN 46237 in Marion County, Section 15, Township 15 N, Range 2 E in Wayne Township. The project involves the construction of a ±19,000 SFT. 'L' shaped warehouse building with new truck docks, associated utility relocations, and existing detention pond modifications. Streets, curbs, parking and walks necessary for the development shall be constructed as part of the construction plans herein. A storms sewer system shall be utilized for stormwater collection. Drainage will discharge into the existing detention pond located in the northwest corner of the property. The modified existing detention pond will treat the property for water quantity and water quality. Drainage will discharge into the existing ditch located in the NW corner of the project site, ultimately draining to Thompson Ditch located north of the site. Water, sanitary, telephone, cable, gas, and electric utilities shall serve the property as well. construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2026.
