PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 7, 2025 the Washington Township Development Review Committee will conduct a Meeting at 5:00 p.m. and the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 523 Egg Harbor Road, Turnersville, New Jersey, Washington Township, County of Gloucester, relative to the below referenced Application. Application is being made by Holman Automotive Group, Inc., for the property located at 3641 Route 42 South, Block 115, Lot 22 on the Tax Map of the Township of Washington, to obtain Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval to: modify a portion of the Existing Parking lot by adding 195 Parking Spaces for a total of 623, which exceeds the maximum allowed spaces requiring a Bulk Variance; increase the approved 9,686 sq. ft. Service Building Addition to 10,865 sq. ft.; and create two (2) phases of construction, together with any other Waivers and Variances that may develop during the processing of the Application.
