PUBLIC NOTICE
APPLICATION FOR FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL ANDFINAL MAJOR SITE PLAN APPROVALBEFORE THE WINSLOW TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Ordinance of Winslow Township and the Municipal Land Use Law, you are hereby notified that an application has been filed by Taylor Woods, L.L.C. with the Planning Board for the following relief:
1. Final Major Subdivision Approval;
2. Final Major Site Plan Approval;
3. Any and all other variances, waivers, Ordinance interpretations, and/or other relief that may be necessary to permit the proposed use and development of the property.
The application seeks approval of subdivision and site plan to permit the development of 44 townhouses and lots for stormwater management. Preliminary subdivision and site plan approval, with variances and waivers, was granted by the Planning Board on July 20, 2023, memorialized by Resolution PR2023-032, dated August 17, 2023.
The affected property consists of approximately 10.5 acres and is located north of the intersection of New Jersey State Highway Route 73 and Cooper Folly Road a/k/a Arkansas Avenue (County Route 712), with frontage on Cooper Folly Road. The property is known as Block 2401, Lot 14 on the Winslow Township Tax Map.
Copies of the applications, plans, and supporting documentation are available for examination during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, 125 South Route 73, Winslow, New Jersey, ten (10) days prior to the hearing date.
A public hearing will be conducted before the Planning Board in connection with this application in the courtroom at the Winslow Township Municipal Building, 125 South Route 73, Winslow, New Jersey, on October 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make inquiry of the Secretary of the Planning Board concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
