The property is currently residential. There is no proposed change to the use. The size of the pool will cause the impervious area to exceed thirty percent. For the property located at 60 Franklin Avenue, Clementon, New Jersey 08021, Block 47 Lot 12. A public hearing will be held on November 13, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Clementon Borough Hall, 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey 08021. This notice serves for any and all variances which may be needed.
