PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on November 13, 2025 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Stacey Calta (Applicant) for DEP (Owner) of premises located at 2 Walker Road, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 116.16-1-2.
The application is for the proposed construction of a new chamber building as part of DEP's Kensico-Eastview Connection (KEC) Project, on a legal parcel (87 Acres) in the OB-2 Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
