PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing for the City of Moore 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Review of the FY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report LOCATION Moore City Hall Council Chambers, 301 N. Broadway, Moore, OK 73160 CDBG Advisory Committee Meeting: November 13, 2025; 5:30 PM Community Public Hearing: December 1, 2025; 6:30 PM The CDBG Advisory Committee Meeting and the Community Public Hearing will provide an opportunity for interested citizens to ask questions and offer comments regarding the City of Moore's FY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER details the City's accomplishments in implementing the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and progress toward the goals established in the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development. The FY 2024 CAPER is available for public review during regular business hours at Moore City Hall, 301 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. The report is also available for review online on the City of Moore's website: https://www.cityofmoore.com/departments/grants-programs/entitlement. Public comments may be presented in person during the regularly scheduled Moore City Council Meeting on December 1, 2025. Comments may also be submitted to Kahley Gilbert, Grant Manager, by phone at (405) 793-4571 or by email at KGilbert@cityofmoore.com no later than 5:00 PM on December 1, 2025. All comments and feedback received during the public comment period or at the public hearing will be considered in the preparation of the final FY 2024 CAPER. A summary of all comments or views received, including any comments not accepted and the reasons for their exclusion, will be included in the final report. The City of Moore will submit the completed CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by December 31, 2025.
