NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town
of Mount Pleasant on November 13, 2025 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and
application of Joseph Cifra Jr. owner of premises located at 45 Andrea Lane, Thornwood, NY, which appeal is
from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax
Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/106.20-4-50.
The application is for a proposed one-story addition, legalization of an existing shed to an existing single-family
