PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Bruce Paparone, Inc. ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Winslow Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 140 North Route 73, designated as block 3901, lot 4 on the municipal tax map. The Applicant received preliminary major subdivision approval from the Board which was memorialized in Resolution numbers PR 2024-32 on January 16, 2025. That approval permits the Applicant to develop block 3901, lot 4 into 48 individual lots and one open space lot that will be improved with 48, three-bedroom, residential townhomes within 9 separate buildings. The Applicant also obtained final major subdivision approval from the Board which was memorialized in Resolution number PR 2025-044 on August 21, 2025. The Applicant now returns to the Board seeking amended preliminary and final major subdivision approval to revise the width of Ravello Court from 28 feet to 30 feet, as well as to remove all perpendicular (90-degree) parking from Ravello Court.
The Applicant does not require any known variances in connection with this application, other than the variances which were previously granted at the time of preliminary and final major subdivision approval.
The Applicant also requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Planning Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Planning Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on November 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Winslow Township Municipal Building, Dominic Maiese Courtroom, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's offices located at 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. The application may be adjourned to another date without further notice to you and you are advised to contact the Board office in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
