NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on December 11, 2025 at 7:00pm at One TownHall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Enza Materia owner of the premises located at 385 COLUMBUS AVE, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/112.19-1-32.
The application is for the proposed demolition of an existing deck, construction of a new deck to rear of an existing single-family dwelling on a legal parcel (20,437 SF. Square Feet) in the R-20 Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
VARIANCE: Rear Yard Setback
REQUIRED: 50 FT.
EXISTING: 36.4 FT.
PROPOSING: 36.67 FT.
VARIANCE REQUESTING: 13.33 FT.
