PUBLIC NOTICE In compliance with S.C. Code §33-14-107, as amended, notice is given that John D. Hollingsworth on Wheels, Inc., a South Carolina corporation, filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of South Carolina effective on November 30, 2025. The Corporation is in the process of winding up its affairs and any persons having claims against the Corporation should send their names, addresses and a description of their claim to the Corporation at 124 Verdae Blvd, Ste 502, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. Pursuant to Section 33-14-107, claims against the Corporation shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice.
