PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hopewell Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following request:
2025-1068: A Conditional Use Permit request submitted by Nelson Alexander Estrada Portillo to construct a single-family dwelling on Parcel #042-0630, also identified as 1004 Elm St., and zoned B-3 Highway Commercial District.

Main St., Hopewell, Virginia 23860, during normal business hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or by calling (804) 541-2220 ext. 1.
