Notice is hereby given, for purpose of hearing objections, that a public hearing will beheld before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street,Woodbridge, NJ, for variances 150-28C(1)(a) [2] minimum lot width 75 ft., proposed 50 ft., 150-28C(1)(a)[5] minimum each side setback 10 ft., proposed 5.5 ft., 150-28C(1)(a)[6] minimum both side setback 25 ft., proposed 16 ft., and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of
Woodbridge regarding property at 120 Elizabeth AVE, Iselin, New Jersey, also known as Block 391.01, Lot 48, Zone R-7.5 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map. The applicant proposes to construct a new single family dwelling. Maps, plans and other related documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, 3 rd floor, Woodbridge, NJ and are available for inspection between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
