TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE
Notice is hereby given, for purpose of hearing objections, that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ, for variances 150-29C(1)(a)[1] minimum lot size 6,000 sq. ft., proposed 4,000 sq. ft., 150-29C(1)(a)[2] minimum lot width 60 ft., proposed 40 ft., 150-29C(1)(a)[6] minimum both side setbacks 15 ft., proposed 12 ft., 150-29C(1)(a)[9] maximum lot coverage 25%, proposed 36.1%, 150-29C(1)(a)[11] maximum percentage of impervious coverage 40%, proposed 58%, and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of Woodbridge regarding property at 75 Fiat Avenue, Iselin, New Jersey, also known as Block 445.03, Lot 43, Zone R-6 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map. The applicant proposes to construct a new story single family dwelling. Maps, plans and other related documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, 3rd floor, Woodbridge, NJ and are available for inspection between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
