PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to the ORDER of the Superior Court, under docket no. ATL-L-3192-21, the application of Janet Cole, filed with the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Estell Manor, County of Atlantic and state of New Jersey, will be heard by this Board on 14 January 2026 in the Municipal Building, 148 Cumberland Avenue, Estell Manor, New Jersey, commencing at 7:00 P. M. Interested parties may be heard at that time. This application will seek a hardship variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D- 71, et seq. for property lacated at 78 Maple Avenue, in the City of Estell Manor, also known as Block 24, Lot 12.02 on the tax map of said municipality. The hearing will be conducted upon a review and analysis of the transcript of record previously established, and the exhibits admitted, concerning this property. Legal argument will be entertained.
