PUBLIC NOTICE Westwind Investment Corp., 11165 N 1550 Blvd., Mt. Carmel, IL 62863 has submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas a request to increase the maximum allowable injection pressure for a Class II Enhanced Recovery well to be used for the injection of produced brine. This well is located in Section 18, Twp 7S, Rng. 11W in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. The subject well-A.J. Burgdorf W-1, permit #18368-will be injecting fluid into the Mansfield sandstone within the depth intrval of 990 feet to 1011 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 1100 pounds per square inch. The maximum injection rate for this well will not exceed 500 barrels per day.
