PUBLIC NOTICE Borough of Wallington Bergen County, New Jersey Ordinance No. 2025-1 Introduced: November 19, 2025 Adopted: December 17, 2025 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH OF THE BOROUGH OF WALLINGTON ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BOROUGH SANITARY CODE SECTION 396, SANITATION" NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading by the Board of Health of the Borough of Wallington, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, at a Regular Meeting held on November 19, 2025, and was adopted upon second and final reading at a Regular Meeting of the Wallington Board of Health held on December 17, 2025. A copy of Ordinance No. 2025-1 is on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Board of Health, 24 Union Boulevard, Wallington, New Jersey, during regular business hours.
