PUBLIC NOTICE DOCKET NO. 42-2026-D TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING LANDS: SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 13 West, Forrest County, Mississippi. Please take notice that at its regular meeting to be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Graymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC for authority to drill its Saltwater Disposal Well No. 3 for the storage of brine and for related purposes, said well being located in the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 13 West, Forrest County, Mississippi. A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, 500 Graymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, and may be there examined by any person interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
