PUBLIC NOTICE TO: The Next-of-Kin, Legatees-Devisees and Named Fiduciaries of the Estate of Joanne K. Burkhart, Deceased, Case No. 253505, Stark County Probate Court. You are hereby notified that: 1. Joanne K. Burkhart died on July 8, 2025 whose residence was 3927 38th St. N.W., Canton, Ohio 44718 2. Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Stark County Probate Court, 110 Central Plaza, Suite 501, Canton, Ohio 44702, on the 2nd day of September, 2025. 3. Robert W. Eckinger has applied to be appointed as fiduciary. Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the Certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002 and no more that four months after the filing of the Certificates for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
