PUBLIC NOTICE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PASSAIC REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic, New Jersey (hereby called the Authority) will accept proposals for the following services: "Managed IT Services"- Proposals due on or before Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 10:30 AM. All services must be in accordance with the existing laws, rules, orders, directives and regulations governing these services and supplies. Interested firms should visit the HACP website at www.passaichousing.org drop down "About Us," select "Employment & Procurement," select "Procurement" left hand side; or e-mail gcandelaria@passaichousing.org requesting an e-copy of the RFP. The RFP specifies the scope of the services and the requirements for submitting proposals. Proposals are due in an original and two copies submitted to the office of the Housing Authority of the City of Passaic, 52 Aspen Place, Passaic, New Jersey 07055, Attention: Ron Van Rensalier. NO LATE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All proposals must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the words: "RFP – Managed IT Services." The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. It also reserves the right to terminate the consultant, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. This solicitation is being made in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play law (NJSA 19:44A 20.4 et seq.) as a "fair and open" process.
