Please take notice that Ed Nugent, for property located at 900 Washington Avenue, Piscataway, New Jersey, also known as Block 1517, Lot 12.01, in the R-7.5 Zone, has applied to the Piscataway Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for Bulk Variance approval under Application No. 26-ZB-02V.
The applicant seeks approval to retain existing conditions including: (1) lot area of 7,291 sq. ft. where 7,500 sq. ft. is required; (2) a rear yard setback of 21.5 feet where 25 feet is required; (3) existing pillars encroaching into the municipal right-of-way; and (4) a portion of an existing 4-foot fence exceeding 50% solid material within the front yard setback, contrary to Township Code Sections 21-501, 21-601, and 21-619.1.
The applicant also requests any additional variances or relief the Board may deem necessary.
The application will be heard by the Piscataway Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on January 29, 2026 at 7:00 PM, via Zoom.
