PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that 900 Haddon Urban Renewal, LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Borough of Collingswood Planning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 900 Haddon Avenue, designated as block 65, lots 2-5 and 8 on the municipal tax map. The property is located in the POD (Professional Offices District) and improved with a multi-story building, which is occupied by numerous tenants. The Applicant has entered into a lease with En Route Medical Transport to occupy suite 108. Suite 108 is approximately 650 square feet and is currently vacant. En Route Medical proposes to use suite 108 as an office. Specifically, the office will be used for administrative and operational support for non-emergency medical transportation services, including scheduling and dispatching trips, coordinating drivers, maintaining service records, customer support and general management tasks. En Route also proposes to park approximately 3-6 medical transport vehicles at the property. The vehicles are standard cargo vans equipped with wheelchair lifts for non-emergency transportation.
The Applicant seeks an interpretation that the proposed use is an office use, which is permitted in the POD zone, or in the alternative, a use variance, along with site plan waiver approval. No changes to the exterior of any existing structures are proposed.
The Applicant does not require any other known variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant also requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on January 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in-person at the Borough of Collingswood, Community Center, 30 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Borough of Collingswood, Community Center, 30 W. Collings Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
