TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 7.30 p.m. in the evening, the Planning Board of the Township of Pittsgrove will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Daniel Morgan. The meeting shall be held live-in person at the Pittsgrove Township, Meeting Room located at 989 Centerton Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318.
The meeting is additionally being hosted online for participants as a courtesy only via Zoom. The Public may attend this meeting via teleconferencing and comment during the designated Public Session portion in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act. Public comments can be submitted during the public comment portion of the meeting by raising their virtual hand in the Zoom application.

The Applicant proposes approval for a bulk variance for lot area and lot depth.
The property on the Pittsgrove Township Tax Map is Block 2203, Lot 14, commonly known as a vacant lot on Steinfeld Avenue, Pittsgrove, NJ. Applicants also request any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
