PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Chet Morrison Properties, LLC has applied for a Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, dredge, and place spoil to construct an offshore dock facility on the Houma Navigation Calan that includes a 1014' sheetpile bulkhead, pile clusters, a parking area, and an access road. All work will occur off South Van Avenue near Houma in Terrebonne Parish. Chet Morrison Properties, LLS is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507. A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
