PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF NEW MILFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of New Milford for variance relief for premises located at 213 Terrace Place, New Milford, New Jersey, also known as Block 402, Lot 30 on the Borough tax map, located in the A-1B Zone. The applicant, Tim Vaughan, seeks approval to construct an in-ground swimming pool, which requires variance relief pursuant to Borough Code Sections 30-21-4(C)(1) and 30-21-4(C)(2).
