PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF EAST RUTHERFORD PLANNING BOARD 1 EVERETT PLACE EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY March 9, 2026 - 7:00 PM NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHERS ENTITLED TO SERVICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Applicant, Lowe's Home Center, LLC, is the tenant of certain property located at 150 State Route 17 North, East Rutherford, New Jersey. The property is identified as Block 104, Lot 1.01 as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of East Rutherford. The property that is the subject of the application is located within the Borough of East Rutherford Redevelopment-1 (RD1) Zone District. The Applicant seeks an Amended Preliminary Site Plan; an Amended Final Site Plan; a "c" variance reducing the number of parking spaces required by Section 389-38.A of the Land Use Ordinance of East Rutherford; approval for outside storage pursuant to Section 327-65 of the Land Use Ordinance of East Rutherford; and/or deviations from the redevelopment plan, so as to permit the outdoor storage of goods and materials and outdoor permanent sales display areas in the parking lot adjacent to the Lowe's Home Center located on the Premises. The Applicant will also seek such other land use approvals including but not limited to variances, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Applicant or the Board, and which may arise during the course of the hearing process. The application is now on the agenda of the Planning Board and a public hearing has been ordered for March 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the East Rutherford Municipal Building, 1 Everett Place, East Rutherford, New Jersey, at which time you may appear in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this application.
