PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Alex Patel, has filed with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus an application to demolish and replace the existing entry way stairs to 253 Grace Avenue with a covered landing area on the premises located at 253 Grace Avenue Secaucus New Jersey 07094 and designated as Block 168 Lot 2 on the Town tax map, and this notice is sent to you as an owner of property within 200 feet of the property.
The applicant is seeking the following variances under Town of Secaucus Art III, Section 135:
Per Art I, Section 135-3 A, expanding a non-conforming structure
Per Art III, Section 135-7.1. Par. B. (5). Enclosed side entryway causing insufficient side yard.
The Applicant also requests any variance relief, waivers or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board and which may arise during the hearing process.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7PM, in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building at 1203 Paterson Plank Road Secaucus, New Jersey 07094. The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans, and documents are on file in the Town of Secaucus Town Hall Annex, First Floor, 20 Centre Avenue, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, except holidays. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the application.
