PUBLIC NOTICE Chapter 71 of the Department of Environmental Protection Rules and Regulations requires that the sponsors of a proposed sewage collection and treatment facility project named Pittsburgh Airport MHP (AKA Independence Park) Sewage Treatment Plant Improvements located at 355 US Route 30, Clinton (Independence Township), Beaver County, Pennsylvania, notify and allow the general public to comment on the project proposing construction and modification of a wastewater treatment facility that will require DEP to modify a Clean Streams Law permit. A 30-day comment period has been established to allow the general public to comment on the proposed revision. The general public may provide comments to Independence Township, 104 School Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001 and review the proposed revision at the above township address.
