PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF RYE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Rye City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday evening, March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Rye City Hall located at 1051 Boston Post Road to consider the following matter: Manursing Island Club, as applicant, applied for Wetland Permit and Site Plan approval for the purpose of replacing an existing Har-Tru-surfaced tennis court with two padel courts at a property located at 1 S. Manursing Island Road. The property is known on the Rye City Tax Map as Parcel ID 147.13-1-2, is located in the MC Membership Club Zoning District, and is located partially within the "AE" (elev. 12) FEMA-designated Flood Insurance Rate zone(s).
