PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that on the 26th day of March 2026 and the L. Manual Hirshblond meeting room in the Township at Toms River municipal building at 33 Washington St., Toms River, New Jersey, the Township of Township of Toms River Zoning Board of adjustments will hold a hearing on the application the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:30 PM. The location of the premises in question is located at R40A zone, Block 840, Lot 17, and is more commonly known as 634 Parkside Ave. The application is seeking a bulk variance for the purpose of construction of an inground pool on property. Minimal pool equipment side yard setbacks, 10 feet required, 3.0 feet proposed west side, minimal pool equipment rear side setback, 10 feet required, 3.1 feet proposed, minimum pool to building setback, 8 feet required, 7 feet proposed along with any and all other variances and or design waivers which may be requested.
