PUBLIC NOTICE FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MARCH 11, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. AT 150 CENTURY LANE, DILLSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-1, AN ORDINANCE FOR THE VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF WATER STREET (T877) BETWEEN THE INTERSECTIONS OF WATER STREET WITH LAKE LEA DRIVE (T883) AND WATER STREET WITH HICKORY ROAD (T870), WITH THE VOTE ON THE ORDINANCE TO BE HELD AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE HEARING If this ordinance is enacted, the portion of Water Street (T877) between the intersection of Water Street and Lake Lea Drive (T883) and the intersection of Water Street and Hickory Road (T870) shall cease to be a public road. The full text of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection and review without charge at Franklin Township's offices at 150 Century Lane, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. A copy has also been provided to and may be reviewed at the York Dispatch.
