That I, Cyndi Sison-Vinculado and Fernando Vinculado Jr. be permitted to a rear addition that extends into required corner setback, covered front porch within setback, pool with patio that results in exceeding coverage in a R-A Zone. This use is not permitted in this zone under Township Ordinance #2067. This notice is being published pursuant to the requirements of the Township and the Land Use Act.
