PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Steven Boc and Kristin Boc (collectively, the "Applicants") have filed an application for development with the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 27 Gill Road, designated as block 64.07, lot 19 on the municipal tax map. The Applicants seek variance approval to install a deck (324 sf) to replace the already existing brick patio (324 sf).
The Applicants request approval of the following variance under the borough land development ordinance:
1. §135-30 (D)(4)(a) - maximum building coverage: 20% permitted; 27% existing; 30% proposed (increase of existing nonconformity)
2. §135-30 (D)(4)(b) - maximum impervious area: 32% permitted: 47% existing; 47% proposed (existing nonconformity)
The Applicants are also requesting any additional variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on March 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Borough Hall Auditorium, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office located at located at 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 during regular business hours.
