PUBLIC NOTICE SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER VIOLATIONS Listed below are Significant Industrial User violations of the General Pretreatment Regulations (40 CFR §403) and of Permit No. WWDP #17-002 issued by the Antrim Township Municipal Authority, occurring in the January – June 2025 timeframe: Industrial User: Pete and Gerry's Organics, LLC 104 Commerce Ave. Greencastle, PA 17225 Violation: Discharge monitoring data indicates that Pete and Gerry's Organics, LLC: Failed to provide their periodic self-monitoring report within 45 days of its July 20, 2025 due date for pollutants that require semi-annual monitoring and reporting; The above referenced violations constitute Significant Noncompliance (SNC) as defined in 40 CFR §403.8(f)(2)(vii). Compliance Actions: NOVs were issued to Pete and Gerry's Organics, LLC in: July 2025 noting that they failed to report their required semi-annual monitoring of pollutants for the period January – June 2025 and that a makeup sample was required within 30 days;September 2025 noting that they failed to perform the required makeup sample within 30 days of the initial NOV and that a makeup sample was required within 30 days. A makeup sample was collected and analyzed on September 3, 2025.
