PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on March 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Farmingdale Community Center, 11 Asbury Avenue, Farmingdale, NJ 07727, the Planning Board of Farmingdale Borough will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Applicant: James R. Herrman Location of Premise: 39 Brook Street, Farmingdale, NJ 07727 Block 12 - Lot 34 in the R-10 zone Nature of Application: Add a front porch on the house which will encroach approximately 4 feet into the front yard setback. Purpose: Apply for a variance to allow front porch to be built in the front yard setback. There may be a request for additional bulk variances and waivers based on the testimony presented at the hearing.
